Only commercially available motor vehicle pump fuel is allowed.
In accordance with Pump Fuel as defined in Secton B, Nomenclature & Definitions of the MSA Yearbook
so section J 5.13.4 doesn't apply unless our regs are changed like the classic f3 ones.
