I've been trying to live down the name I made for myself for years now.
And what's more I don't go looking for activities to fill many evenings over the last 18 months or so unless I think there is some benefit for the system. I may be wrong but that's not my intention.
You may not think that change was necessary but lots of marshals did and that's why they kept raising issues. The environment in which we are working is changing and we need to keep up, not get left behind.
