He has a point though.
Surely it comes down to spares available and resources.
We were all told there was no cage damage, so it would be resonable to expect it to turn up on the grid this weekend.
Plenty of teams in other tin top series around the world would have turned it around in time, but they probably have more $$$ and resources to make it happen.
