It's the OAK LMP2 couple that's supposed to supplement (or replace?) the Courage/Pescarolo C60/01 based Morgan chassis. The Ligier it can be argued might be the starting point for a possible OAK LMP1 car in the future.
It seems to be another branding exercise on OAK's part. The only reason why Mazda branded the Lola LMP2 cars that SpeedSource runs is because Lola Cars, Ltd. doesn't exist as it's own company anymore, and Multimatic allowed Mazda USA to badge the cars as "Mazda Prototypes".
