right then, what is the full name of the zip/rar file you installed? there was a 1.0 basepack that had no sounds included. there was also a 1.0 full package that did have sounds included. there was also separate sound packs - frankly it was a sodding mess.
the escort uses some stock files (gear changes from the rhez for instance) but its main sounds come from the gamedata\sounds\sprinter directory. the 635 uses a folder called SKL as does the supra. i'm guessing whjatever you installed is missing those key files, if you can let me know what you installed then i can probably point you to the d/l that'll fix it
