No, Dale's looking for pots of money. Which he seems to have minimal success in finding.
Papis is indeed ex-F1 but he only did about half a season years ago for Arrows. It's not the same as Salo who's built his CV on a decade of F1. Max is thought of for his CART and Sportscars achievements.
