I believe Dan's right about 'Palace, but the reason for the interest is being able to go, in London, and see a motor race. Especially on hot summer days like today, as I believe that they used to run evening meetings. 4 prctice sessions, 4 races, sart at 5.30pm finish at 9pm. Sounds peachy.
Original Brno was the long (8 mile-ish?) road circuit, used up till the mid '80's. I'd love to have seen the works XJS's and BMW 635's round there.
