There aren't any links to it because there isn't enough to build a story around. It's just being banded around on twitter by people like John Dagys who are in the know.
He said on his Sportscar chat last night when someone asked would it be a Japanese manufacturer: "Japanese or British". So trying to keep it vague.
I don't really know why McLaren would specifically announce in Fuji. Unless they have had guys like Martin Whitmarsh who stayed in Japan after the GP? I know he was at Donington to support the customer teams the other week.
