Ramblings about forum progressions during the season
Ramblings about forum progressions in the 2016 Formula E Two Worlds Prediction Competition:
Nextgen-Auto: They were the best, one more time, in this Competition. SUTIL was the Champion of the Competition and round winner. Docky and lotusien were also round winners. They had a great group, but narrowed its participation at the ending stages, when it were secure the Forums Championship. Chapeau for the great effort they did winning into forums, well supported as the forum with most inscriptions in all season.
Autosport: They kept the perfomance of last season, but finished runner-ups. scheivlak was again their best scorer and, with Sheepmachine, Marklar and M2000-5, all were round winners. Great thanks for the support given to the Competition from this very respectable forum.
Los Tuercas: With the exception of the Argie round in the fourth event, despite the races were TV-broadcasted in Argentina, they had a scarce participation. It was myself who was the best of the pack, and Das Kleine Wunder was the only round winner of the forum. Two more players showed some partial consistency. Great thanks for Los Tuercas for all the attention to the Competition done all over the year.
Ten-Tenths: The core forum of TWPC did a slight increase in the number of players. pirenzo was their best scorer, mainly by consistency. He and GM10, WSR Fan and NaBUru38 were round winners. Alas, WSR Fan was the one who scored more points in a round, in the Championships one. Wish them better luck next season.
Todas las categorÃ*as del automovilismo excepto F1: This Facebook group continued with a tiny but effective group. mdounce was their best scorer, and Mara Lopez their only round winner. Great thanks to this community, that helped the Competition to learn about life in Facebook groups outside traditional forums.
F1Revolution: This forum only had two regular players: Materfer, best scorer and only round winner, and angar. Hope this forum could remain better things for next season.
In an aftermath, the season showed fewer players in this Competition in relation with the previous season, perhaps because the strength of the interest was when it was a novelty. Fortunately, it was TV presence in Latin America, so people of forums of those latitudes could see the races during the year. But after all, we have to show gratitude to many users who trusted and put consistence to participate in this Competition.
About 2017 Nextgen-Auto, Autosport, Los Tuercas, Ten-Tenths, and Todas las categorÃ*as del automovilismo menos F1 are ensured to continue; the rest will be put in consideration. Alas, we're opened to new communities to join - If you are in a forum or Facebook group where is interest on Formula E and want our Prediction Competition running there, give notice to us!
On a last note, you may have noted there are GP2 and FV8 3.5 Two Worlds Prediction competition running alongside Formula E one - that is cause these series are the main feeder series of F1, regarding drivers, or an alternate one, regarding Formula E. These politics are keen to continue in 2017. As we said before, the key name of the competition is "Two", since that number refers that the nature of the Two Worlds Prediction Competitions are following the predictions of the most important runner-up formula series which are under Formula One.
