True, Joe Fan. NASCAR pit stops are the best to watch, IMO.
I think it also goes back to the "stock" car theme. You don't jack up your family grocery-getter with a pneumatic jack, do you? Regular street cars have lug nuts and are jacked up manually. I think that's what NASCAR is trying to emulate in their pit stops.
