I feel very bad to hear it that you are not using the hearing protection while riding. It is essential to use a custom hearing protection to protect hearing. If you don't use any hearing protection then you loss your hearing. If you not use the custom earplugs that you wont able to protect your hearing properly because earmuffs, earbuds or generic earplugs won't work perfectly that is why it will harm you. It will be better to use a custom earplugs.

You need to use the other safety equipment as well such as a jacket, helmet, gloves, boots. These are the safety equipment too.
