Where have you been? This has been ongoing since 2009.
They will have differences. Just a baseline common chassis and some standardized parts. SuperGT will still have their unique tire makes and probably different aero developments. Plus I don't see the Mercedes CLK, Audi RS5, BMW M3, Honda NSX, Lexus and Nissan who knows what racing anywhere else in a Worldwide known series.
