A big issue over here is engine capacity and what is allowed.

2010 rules read as follows.

Engine capacity under 1300 may be increased to 1450cc.
Engine Capacity between 1300cc and 1600 cc may be increased by 25%
Engine capacity between 1600cc and 2000 cc may be increase by 15%
Engine capacity over 2000cc may only be increased by 10%

How does this compare to rules in the U K or Europe?

Any info & feedback will be appreciated.
Historic/Classic saloon car racing in the UK is provided by HRSR/HSCC (Historic Sports Car Club) with a cutoff date of 1.1.66.
Masters series with TopHat - (pre 31.12.65) and 70s Series for cars of the 1970s.
Classic Touring Cars (CTCRC) has several categories from Pre-65 through to the 90s, I believe.
CSCC has 60s Tin Tops.

I hope I've got all those right but the main point is that the websites for all those clubs should have the Technical Regulations available for you to download.

By the way, welcome to 10Tenths Henry.
