juicy sushi should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
while it is true that it's rather impure as GT series go, i think that the attitude of "anything on 4 wheels within the class limits" is a pretty pragmatic one in these economic times, and it does make for a heck of a lot of variety in a fairly affordable manner. which is what we often complain we never see.

the gt500 class though, is increasingly becoming a spec class by virtue of the massive spending by nissan, honda, and toyota on their programs (they've priced out any privateer entrants with different cars); and the new rules requiring 3.4 litre v8s (the same motors as formula nippon) have just reinforced that...
