Was the grid decided on a who was fastest qualified basis then, which it seems to have been given that some classes didn't even have qualifiers, though imagine the chaos of a 59 car entry list turning into a 59 car starting grid, never gonna happen but just think about what that would be like.... in some of the most awesome cars of any era!
