It seems like a reasonable compromise between no stops and 3 or 4 stops.
This is exactly what Pirelli said would happen if they didn't get agreement between the teams to come up with test dates to test their tyres on.
It should be a lot of fun trying to figure out who has to pit when, and what tyres they need to put on.
