It did not happen at all in testing.
It happened twice to Mark Webber at Le Mans, once in practice and once during the warm up. Then it happened to Dumbreck in the race itself at which point Mercedes withdrew.
Not sure which time Mark laneded on the wheels and which one he landed on the roof with. I think it was wheels during the warmup.
