problem is more or less that from the moment we knew that Ferrari was going to be involved untill the very first image has appeared, 7 months have passed.. 7 months they could have used on building the cars, testing them extensively and producing them so that the cars would have been ready for the now cancelled Silverstone test.

It's not that the car is a completely new design and all, or the engine is completely new..

At this stage it's probably even doubtfull weather there will be 23some A1GP Ferraris at the start in Mugello... So hopefully for A1 or Ferrari, not too many countries want to join suddenly.
