As Mike Newman is well known to still own his BTCC RS500 and the Vauxhall special
saloon he campaigned in northern events,it is also clear from articles he regreted
parting with the Capri.Unfortunately i am sure this CC built car was lost,IIRC it
was destroyed on the rally special stages at some point around 1986.
