I'm sure he is a charming young chap. Just badly advised, that's all.
Personally I hate people "dropping down" to screw up another series just because they can. It's bending the rules just because you have the money.
If you want to learn Spa and you can't test go on a Sim. That's what most people do and that's what they're for.
