Just wonder, why can't Parente take Carlin's vacant seat. AFAIR he was contracted to them in F3, did good job, really good job. I know he's not contracted to Red Bull, but still, we don't know if Red Bull will fill the vacant seat. If not, Parente is the the obvious pick.
If Red Bull fill vacant seat and Ammermueller is off from ART, he should take Vettel's seat.
