It is AppK,but that catagorie does not state that anyone can have whatever size tank they think they will have.the suggestion was made so that when a car is presented for Scrutineering,the Scrutineer has the capacity in front of him.If the capacity is engraved onto the tank[ for instance]and also writen on the HTP,then there is no argument.
