Perhaps a way around these nggling problems would be for all competitors to have the Homologation forms with them at Scrutineering,we have to produce the HTP and the cost of the Homologation form really does not amount to much.At least that way,the Scrutineers would not need to be a walking encyclopedia of all car,s produced for them to inspect.
