Yes it is, it was the opening round of the season at Lydden 2001, he was just renting it for the day.......and i presume you mean Phil Windsor.
Have also just thought of another rallycross 6R4. Ian Rowlance made a brief appearance in his on August Bank Holiday at Lydden in 2001 if i remember correctly. It was a 2.8 version i think.
