That is correct. Pikes peak International Raceway was purchased by the International Speedway Corporation (ISC), owner of Watkins Glen, Daytona International Speedway, Homestead, Phoenix and so on. The track has been de-commisioned and the grandstands dissassembled. All of the raceway's equipment has been disbursed to other ISC locations.
A stipulation of ISC's purchase was that NO motorsports activity of any type could ever take place on the site.
