That specific scenario is dependent on Porsche's willingness to make available customer cars; providing this occurs, I can't see any barrier (exempting finance) to Pickett running such a car.
To clarify, I wasn't suggesting MM is likely to become a factory outfit; only that, providing both parties were willing, seems there'd likely be few barriers to MM purchasing and, fielding a car (with the lineup of Graf/Luhr) in ALMS.
