Isn't it the same group of stewards, and other staff that put on the IGTC races as well? I remember a lot of caution periods for Barcelona, but I can't remember exactly what all of the outrage was about at Barcelona. Was it because of the penalty on the Lambo? I had thought that was fairly justified since he had pulled onto the pit road exit to make the pass.
