Somewhere around here I have some nice slides of a picnic we had at Little Wheeny Creek! Lovely spot, but it's so long ago I don't remember the road...
You're right, there are just so many good roads in that area... and also around places like Maleny and Peachester in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, and in the Adelaide Hills, the Dandenongs, the NSW South Coast, and all over the joint!
No shortage of places to play!
