I am afraid that you are completely wrong. From a legal point of view, Porsche AG and Audi are in fact two completely separate entities. They(Porsche SE - holding company of Porsche AG) are both owned by the same entity (although Porsche also owns a substantial share of VAG), but they are separate companies within the group. Yes there will be some technology and platform sharing , but that is so far limited to some road going products.
The Porsche/ VAG merger is still not complete. It will happen, but has not happened yet.
