Not sure Kiwi3, but the owners of Hampton Downs are talking big bucks for the MotoGP as part of a comprehensive corporate package.
As most apartments are owned by Classic/Historic racers, the logic is to select one or two units to congregate in, and divi up the proceeds from the rentals!
