The words used in the press release were "firm orders" which doesn't necessarily mean any money has changed hands.
I suppose the TMC guys are thinking this as progress with nine "firm orders" being a step up from the eight cars that ran every round in the 2011/12 NZV8 Series.
To answer your query - I don't really know but Mr Tulloch could be in there for two, with Short being another and McKenzie another. Not too sure about Edgell as the whisper was Chesters were looking at a ST??
