Hemelgarn was waiting on some parts to come in that had not arrived, so they will not be in Phoenix for testing, and the Carpenter deal, just being announced, means that there has been virtually zero prep done to the cars.....
I'm wondering why AJ IV wasn't on the track yesterday....but was there on Wednesday....
