I don't think it fair to credit Dome as an unreliable manufacturer. Dome has had some problems with the S102 mainly due to a lack of testing. Dome has showed their potential with the S101 which run proberbly and they always built very aerodynamic cars. Maybe they are sometimes a bit too complicated
. It is sad for us fans , Dome and the whole team of Strakka to miss Silverstone and Spa but it is the right decision. Many teams tried to run and sort out the problems during the races. It never worked. They all ended in a never-ending circle of problems. So it is the right way to try to solve the problems they occured during the shakedown test and the Paul Ricard test in more test mileage. The top teams don't run more than 20.000 km for no reason.
