Got the film and yep, that scene applies in spades.
You should have seen the day when I fired up the race car the first time.
I'd been working on rebuilding the car for 6 months and when it came to fire it up I just could not wait till the next day. Rght around midnight the neighborhood was treated to the sounds of a vintage formula car firing up it's open header system for the first time.
I avoided the neighbors for a week.
