I would have agreed with you up until last race when Webber qualified really badly.
I think the Williams is so unpredictable from race to race that neither driver can be judged properly.
I've heard conflicting reports in relation to the MW split with williams. From what I can recall Frank himself stated that they could not come to an agreement. I read this as meaning they wanted MW though did not want to pay the asking price.
