Logbook ID name on B27
Hello Chris and all,
I was contacted by Chicago region and 007-417 was issued May 13, 1975 to a L. Callaway M.D. There information only gives a date/name to the number. I cannot see the car being "new" in May of 1975, so I am assuming that it may have been pro raced in 1974 and "club" raced in 1975 ,hence getting a standard SCCA logbook in 75. It makes sense that a M.D. (doctor) was able to buy a 1 year old ex-pro racecar.
I will keep looking,and does this info help,
