Initially I thought the same, that qualifying would probably be today, but I checked the schedule and this weekend is condensed into two days, so practice, qualifying and race 1 are tomorrow:

Schedule (UK time) -
Practice: Fri 27 Apr 2012, 08:0 (GMT+1)
Qualifying: Fri 27 Apr 2012, 09:30 (GMT+1)
Race 1: Fri 27 Apr 2012, 14:0 (GMT+1)
Race 2: Sat 28 Apr 2012, 12:0 (GMT+1)

Glad to see every session of this standalone round is being broadcast on Sky Sports F1. Political situation aside, the races last weekend were great.
