driftwood has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
I have heard some info on teh project 4 802 cars going to usa to race in can am 802-13 & 18 Lunken etc
will sort out this later tonight

802-7 i think still around ( i thought he had 822 sheckter car)
802-6 info wrong -car raced in 93 94 was hillclimb sprint car that came back to Uk from ZA
sold in 1999 to a man who does not race

also the Japan cars could have raced in f2 or Grand Champion races with can am bodies

more info March 802/ 812 # 17 car with BDG sold last year? see info
This F2 car had the same monocoque and layout as the 792 but with chisel nose, front aerofoils, side radiators, and venturi sidepods though without sliding skirts. it was another superb customer car, one of the best Marches ever made, but in the Championship it was beaten by the well-funded Toleman-Hart team. March still took three victories and Teo Fabi was third in the Championship behind the Tolemans of Henton and Warwick.
This car was raced by Andrea de Cesaris, with the Team Project Four (Ron Dennis) in the European F2 Championship in 1980. It then was upgraded by the March factory to 1981 specs and was raced in the British F2 Championship by Paul Smith (BMTR).
