A common problem easily solved by a couple of lengths of wire. Fix one end to the lower part of the end plate then stetch it over and afix on the undertray on the opposite side (i.e. left end plate to right side of undertray). The repeat for the other side. This effectively braces the wing underload and makes it a far more stable tray on which to have your lunch!
