David McKinney should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I'm not saying any of the below is right (or yours wrong) but it might add something

1
I have this with Arthur Moore in UK club events 1973

2
Macdonald Macau 1972, later to Bob Howlings UK

5
I have this still with Koob in 1974
I can’t easily find any record of what Choat raced in 1974, but he had a BT30 in 1973 and a BT35 in 1975. In 1974 John Hardesty is racing a car described as the ex-Choat BT36 (which sounds like the BT30)
For sale in Paris 1990

6
Raced in France early 1990s by Yves Bollé. He said it was ex-Ruesch though my notes, like yours, say 6 was Reutemann’s and the other car Ruesch’s

8
Eddie Regan Ireland 1973 then Leckie GB, and to Barak 1974 and 75

10
Iain McLaren in Scotland 1973, for sale by MRE Nov
