Chris Townsend should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Grob, Couture and Kleinpeter come from build records. Couture car described as red and white. Maybe he was just broker for the car as I agree he has Lotus 59 for all of 1969.
Opert was simply the dealer for the first car; Chevron records suggest direct to Brenner.

Just looked again at B14 sales records and timing of appearances:
The late 1968 car of Smothers is a B14 according to Chevron list, if so he buys it from Grimaldi in September, and the dates just about fit. The alternative is that Grimaldi [who is ascribed the second B15B in the build records] was already using that car in late 1968
I'd suggest that Brownstein buys Matchett's car whilst Smothers again gets the ex Grimaldi car and sells it to Alves for 1970
Opert runs a B15B in 1970 as a rental car, at this time the following cars are known
Smothers' now run by Alves
Brownstein
Grob
Brenner
Kleinpeter
which rather limits the options as to what it might be.

Any clue as to what Jon Hall's and Scott Keith's Chevrons were at 1969 Sebring? Warren Flickinger also has unidentified Chevron at SCCA Finals
