Qualifying and (I'm fairly sure all) Practice sessions are live in France on French Eurosport.
Coverage on TF1 is variable to say the least, hopefully as it's early in the morning they'll have the time to do a bit of pre-race build-up, but it's not guaranteed. Still, it shows the racing!
