blackx should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The regulation has come from the vehicle inspectorate who MOT commercial vehicles and coaches so really I doubt motor homes would be covered...

My 4x4 and caravan together weigh more than 3.5 tons when fully laden and I dont need a limiter.
