They should look to America, as they are the best at screwing a business up, blaming everyone else, getting the Government to pay for it and then buy back the shares and control it again. Hell there are a few chiefs from GM, Chrysler, Ford, who are on the lookout for a job.

I've found most American business models to be pretty good and I'm not saying that because I'm American but having lived here in the UK for many years, they could certainly learn a thing or two from the US. Having said that, the US isn't perfect and with businesses, as with everytning else, you can screw up on anything.
