We most definitely did not say that - I noted that the top four cars, all on their out laps, hadn't completed it - John then suggested that there might be a full track blockage somewhere. What had actually happened was that the red flag had come out and they were all coming back slowly
As I type it is still pouring down - zero chance of a restart any time soon
