Raglanparade should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I think the rules will be bent to allow Quality drivers to stay in the v8 series.

It would be wrong to bar a talented driver like Luff out of both v8 categories because he coudlnt land a drive in the top series for 2005.

its a bit prejudice.
