MINARDI team principal Paul Stoddart recently received anonymous death threats after his cars carried the message 'Malaysia for Peace' on their side-pods at last month's Malaysian Grand Prix.

The local government in Malaysia had asked the Minardi team to place the message on their cars as a sponsorship deal for that single race.

Meanwhile we are hearing reports that Russian sponsors Gazprom has come up with sponsorship money it was due to pay the small Italian outfit.
