For a price I would think, and you or I have no idea who will be presenting it do we!
Main deal is that it will ONLY be available to UK users tv wise on BT sport, for a price we don't yet know likely to be pay per view. Eurosport and BBC will lose any liver coverage and might even lose highlights.
You can watch it on the MotoGP site but at 25 quid a month (laughably in a country utterly broke) you can suck my big one!! That's almost an inhuman amount to charge!
