Great news!
The delay in announcement was getting me worried. I was going to the WEC round anyway, but mainly due to the likelihood of FR3.5 supporting.
I saw the official response at the facebook page was "Another story in 2013, don't worry, be happy..." - so looks like the free weekend and whole WSbR package may return next year.
