There must be a fair number of MG owners who look at this website, so we'll resurrect this one, too! I purchased this 1969 MGC GT towards the end of 2005 for an absolute song given its condition (it had been sitting in a local showroom for about 25 years, part of a small collection). Just a lovely smooth drive and surprisingly comfortable and usable. This model was much maligned when announced and its sales were not helped by comments from the motoring press about 'terminal understeer', a gross exaggeration, in my view. However, in just over 2 years production, well over 9000 were sold, more than 3 times as many as the later BV8 version. This model has undoubtedly improved with age!-
